The proposal includes the introduction of 2 all-weather pitches, allowing matches andtraining in any weather, expanding usability throughout the year, and catering for diverse community needs. The proposal will retain facilities for the personal training business to continue operating.
The investment in the new sports pitches will provide the Club with a more certain and sustainable financial future that will benefit local teams for decades to come.
The proposal enables JLR to reconfigure the wider Lode Lane factory site, making space for contemporary, energy-efficient work environments. This initiative aligns with JLR’s goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions throughout its supply chain, products, and operations by 2039.
